The automatic reconstruction of S_thermosulfidooxidans_str_Cutipay results to a Genome scale Model containing 1067 reactions, 854 metabolites, 541 genes and 108 pathways. This GeM was obtained based on the following sources:

      • From template AFERROOXIDANS creation of a metabolic network containing: 220 reactions
      • From template CLJUNGDAHLII creation of a metabolic network containing: 338 reactions
